For Winter 20x20, 20x30, 20x40 Rentals, we use Tension Tents for inproved warmth inside your tent.

There are NO poles in the center of Frame Tents, providing more useable space.

Tent pricing is based on staking into the ground for residential customers.

Weights to secure tents is additional.

Commercial pricing may be different, please ask so we don't have any misunderstanding.

Delivery is additional, based on event location

Tent, Table and Chair deliveries are made 1, 2 or 3 days prior to your event and are picked up 1, 2 or 3 days after your event based on our delivery schedule. Please have the area where you would like your tent ready for installation during this time period. Same Day installations (for example a surprise party) is an additional fee. Please ask for exact details.

Additional Options: Tables, Chairs, Lights, Sidewalls, heaters, speakers, etc. Call for details

All Tent Package Rentals are for a 1 day period

If a site visit is required, there is a $40 site visit fee. If you book with us, the $40 is applied to your rental, therefore the visit is free. A visit is required for all non-grass applications.
