To thank you for choosing us to bring the “Happy” to their events, we are proud to present our customer rewards program.

There is a smiley amount listed with each rental item.

Smileys can then be redeemed on future orders for discounts of $5 all the way to $200 off per event!

To make everything as easy and transparent as possible, your rewards will be linked to your account and we will provide you with the smileys’ you have when you request a no obligation for your next quote.

Terms & Conditions:

The Mr. Happy Smiley Rewards Program is a customer loyalty program offered by Mr. Happy Party Rentals.
By participating in the program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Each Rental item lists the smileys awarded per rental

1. Earning Smiley Points

Customers earn Smiley Points (“Smileys”) on qualifying rentals.

Smileys are awarded when:

  • The rental order is confirmed

  • The order is paid in full

  • The rental is completed

Each Rental item lists the smileys awarded per rental

Smileys are earned on rental equipment only, including but not limited to:

  • Tents-Tables-chairs-Inflatables-Dance floors-Stages, etc.

  • Heaters-Games-Party rental equipment

Smileys are NOT earned on:

  • Delivery fees-Setup / breakdown labor-Staff or attendants

  • Cleaning fees-Consumable items-Damage charges-Late fees

  • Cancelled rentals-Deposits for rentals that are later canceled

Mr. Happy Party Rentals reserves the right to determine which items qualify.

2. Referral Rewards

Customers earn 500 Smileys per referral.

Referral Smileys are awarded when:

  • A new customer books a rental valued at least $250

  • The rental is paid in full

  • The new customer identifies the referring customer

Mr. Happy Party Rentals may limit referral rewards at its discretion.

3. Bonus & Promotional Points

From time to time, bonus Smileys may be offered, including but not limited to:

  • Off-season bonus points

  • Customer appreciation rewards

Bonus offers may change at any time without notice.

4. Redeeming Smileys

Smileys may be redeemed for:

  • Rental credits

  • Free rental items

Rules for redemption:

  • Rewards must be requested at the time of booking

  • Smileys cannot be applied after an order is completed

  • Smileys have no cash value

  • Smileys cannot be exchanged for money

Mr. Happy Party Rentals reserves the right to set reward values at any time.

5. Existing Customers

Mr. Happy Party Rentals may award Smileys to past customers at its discretion.

No points will be granted for rentals more than 2 years prior to April 1, 2026

Not all past customers are guaranteed to receive Smileys.

6. Expiration of Points

Smileys may expire if there is no rental activity for 24 months.

Mr. Happy Party Rentals reserves the right to:

  • Expire points

  • Adjust balances

  • Remove inactive accounts

7. Transfer of Points

Smileys are not transferable.

Points may only be used by the customer who earned them unless approved by Mr. Happy Party Rentals.

Points may not be:

  • Sold

  • Shared

  • Combined between accounts

  • Traded for cash

8. Cancellations

Cancelled rentals do not earn Smileys.

9. Program Changes

Mr. Happy Party Rentals may change the Smiley Rewards Program at any time, including:

  • How points are earned

  • How points are redeemed

  • Expiration rules

  • Reward values

  • Program availability

Changes may be made without prior notice.

10. Program Termination

Mr. Happy Party Rentals reserves the right to end the Smiley Rewards Program at any time.

If the program ends:

  • Points may expire

  • Rewards may no longer be available

  • No cash value will be given
