Reservation information below Payment options

-Friendly reminder a deposit confirms your reservation. Without a deposit, your order is NOT confirmed.

-Linens, Chefs, Servers, Bartenders, Entertainers are to be paid in full at the time of the reservation or when confirmed.

Refund policy for linens: You can recieve a refund for linens canceled within 8 business days of your event. This is because we rent the linens from a professional service and they do not offer refunds if canceled without 8 business days notice. Linens canceled 7 business days or less prior to your event, sorry, no refund.

Refund policy for Chefs, Servers, Bartenders, Entertainers. There is no refund for any cancelations for Chefs, Servers, Bartenders, Entertainers. These people commit to you in advance and would lose a day's pay if you cancel. We need to be fair to our team members.

-Full Payment is due upon delivery (Not at Pick-Up)

Payment options that incur a Convenience Fee of 3.6 or 4.25%:

-Visa, Mastercard, Discover Cards, there is a 3.6% Convenience Fee.

-American Express Cards there is a 4.3% Convenience fee.

Reservation Information

Please understand that a no obligation quote is NOT a reservation.

A reservation is only confirmed AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED A DEPOSIT for your event.

Without a deposit, your event it is NOT confirmed.

Any event that is booked within 6 business days of your event must be paid in full in advance.

Any deposits for Linens canceled within 5 business days of your event are not refunded.

Party Helpers fees are not refundable regardless if your event is cancelled or not.
