From gravy to hot fudge, the Server Twin warmer makes it easy to heat and serve a variety of sauces. Its twin design accommodates (2) #10 cans that sit in independent water baths, each wrapped with a heating element. Each water bath is controlled with a front-mounted dial that adjusts the temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Because heat emanates evenly and is true to its set temperature, product won't become scorched as the supply diminishes. Plus, the heating system brings product up to temperature quickly, making it excellent for retherm applications.

This particular warmer is outfitted with 2 stainless steel pumps for high-volume service. Each pump dispenses product in consistent portions.

Use this warmer to dispense salad dressings, gravies, and dessert toppings. Thanks to its configuration, it can even hold something sweet on one side and something savory on the other. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
