Heater requires a minimum of 100lb. propane tank to operate properly as per manufactures recommendations. Propane tank is NOT included and available to rent separately or you can provide your own tank. Will provide approximately 8 hours of heat with 100lb. propane tank.
170K BTU Heater uses approximately 8 lbs of propane/hour in perfect conditions. Conditions are NEVER perfect, that is why we state that you will have approx. 8 hours of heat with a 100lb. propane tank.
Additional propane tanks are available at an additional fee.
Heater also requires an electrical power source.
